Decent Location, Many Shortcomings

dark dungeon missing channels

The car park presented a disappointing introduction, it was a dark dungeon. It reeked of urine, a serious wash down and improved lighting is necessary. The absence of BBC channels proved frustrating, this seemed a long standing issue. This absence became more annoying, given the Euros were on.

I enjoyed a WONDERFUL stay. The location is convenient, putting me close to everything. I appreciated the availability of on-site parking. It made arrival easier. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide assortment. It has many tasty options.

The elevator service was occasionally slow. This caused some minor delays during peak hours.

The hotel provided convenient on-site car parking. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I found the bed comfortable and I appreciated the free mini bar. I really enjoyed the coffee machine. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, including hot dishes and various beverages.

The automatic front doorS were not working properly.

My room size surprised me and I liked the spaciousness. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices available. The scrambled eggs tasted great. The cleanliness was definitely apparent throughout the entire hotel. It was super clean. I also noticed the staff being very helpful at all times.

The lift made loud banging noises. This gave me concerns about its safety.

I had a room with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered allergy information, this saved time. The hotel location is great, close to the i360. I found the staff very friendly.

The car park was a little dark, this gave off a dingy feel as I entered the hotel. It needs some attention to feel safer.
